DELIVERY AND PICKUP POLICIES

Confirmation of booking is through Phone Contact, Text Messages and/or Email.

Deposits are Non-refundable.

Check the weather the night before and notify us by 8:00 am for cancellation (inclement weather)

Date change is subject to $50 fee if circumstances are not related to inclement weather.

Fees are for daily rental.

Delivery is between 7 am- 12 pm

Pick-up will occur before dusk. and will be based on the most efficient use of our routing and delivery personnel.

Renter should call morning of delivery for ETA.

Renter must be present to sign liability documents at the time of delivery.

Area of setup must be free of debris and any animal waste.

All wet units must be dry and free of water to avoid cleaning fees.

All dry units must be dry and free of any soft toys, clothing and debris to avoid cleaning fees.

Payment due at time of delivery. Forms of payment: Cash, ZELLE, VENMO, or CashApp
